Most often clients wish to remain anonymous until the seller is genuinely interested in proceeding with the offer. We maintain this confidentiality and rely heavily on our brand to justify the creditability of the negotiations.

Understanding our clients’ needs

By being clear on our clients’ needs (e.g. price point, lease terms, financing conditions etc), we ensure you are getting the right business for your company.

Negotiation skills on price and contract conditions

We pride ourselves on delivering the best price possible on every deal and always look to secure favourable conditions in each contract. We also work closely with the lawyers on both sides to ensure no delays or issues become unworkable.

Given our extensive network we are fully aware of acquisition opportunities made public and continue to maintain all levels of communication.

When given an opportunity you can be certain it is done so without the risk of other clients review. Adequate time is always given in making the right decisions.

We look to meet with our clients on all acquisition opportunities and discuss openly the pros, cons and reasoning behind our recommendation.
